Heidi - My First Week at Bell4Business!

I have now been with Bell4Business for just over a week! And to be honest, it has flown by and I feel like I have fitted into the team really well!
Before working at Bell4Buisness, I had a few other job experiences. I did my apprenticeship in Joinery for just over 2 years, which I really enjoyed however, I found that it would be better to have it as a hobby rather than a career path.
Once moving on from my apprenticeship in joinery, I found myself wondering what I wanted to do. I ended up working as a customer service assistant at a call centre. This is where I found my passion for customer service.
This is where Bell4Buisness came in. Once I realised that I wanted to pursue interests and creatively within an office environment. I applied for the job with them and when Louise asked me to come in for the interview I was nervous but at the same time excited! Later that day, I received the job offer from Louise. I was very excited I could not wait to start!
Throughout the week I have learnt more about the business and the clients we have here, I have been trained to work with one of our debtor chasing clients based in York as well as our telephone answering clients.
So, a week after my start date, I can say with confidence that I look forward to coming into work every day! We have a brilliant team here at Bell4Buisness. The atmosphere when you walk into the office is very friendly and welcome! Also, Louise it a lovely boss which always helps! I look forward to my future with Bell4Buisness and see how we all progress together as a business and a team.
