Hello, everyone! It’s not often that I write personal posts on my business blog, but with so many exciting changes happening over the last few months, I thought it was time to share a little more about what’s been going on behind the scenes.

Over the summer, my partner and I tied the knot! We had the most beautiful and intimate wedding in the US, with just myself, my partner, and son. It was a perfect, quiet moment for our little family. Following this wonderful day, I officially became Louise Bell Knight – a new name for a new chapter in my life, and one of many exciting new beginnings both personally and professionally.

Introducing Knights Compass

After the continued success of our business coaching services at Bell4Business, I am thrilled to announce the launch of Knights Compass. This new venture will focus on bespoke coaching and mentoring services, tailored to meet the specific needs of business owners looking for guidance and support as they grow and develop their businesses. 

Knights Compass is all about providing the tools and strategies business owners need to move confidently in the right direction, whether they’re navigating periods of change or looking to plan for the future. I can’t wait to get started with this next chapter of coaching and mentoring.

Bell4Business: 10 Years and Thriving

Of course, while Knights Compass is exciting, Bell4Business continues to be the thriving, reliable outsourced office support service for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come. We’re even supporting a client in Northern Ireland now!

Looking back, it’s hard to believe we’ve reached 10 years in business. We’ve faced our fair share of challenges – from Brexit and the pandemic to the ongoing cost of living crisis. What began as me, working from a home-office, has grown into a bustling commercial office with a close-knit team of three passionate individuals and amazing outsourced partners. It’s been quite the journey, but seeing how much we’ve achieved as a team makes it all worthwhile.

Connor Steps Up as Executive Director

One of the biggest changes recently has been welcoming Connor as our new Executive Director. Now, if you know me, you’ll know I’m a fiercely independent woman. Handing over the reins to my business – my baby – is no small thing! But over the past few years, Connor has made it easy. He’s brought so much energy and fresh thinking to Bell4Business. He’s helped us grow by not only managing our team and clients but also putting in the hard work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

This decision felt like the natural next step in our evolution, and I couldn’t be prouder of Connor’s journey. His passion, dedication, and leadership have been a huge asset to Bell4Business, and I’m excited to see where we go from here.

As I take on this new chapter, focusing more on building Knights Compass and mentoring business owners, as well as continuing to manage Bell4Business alongside Connor.
