It’s hard to believe it now, but Bell4Business all started with just me, Louise Bell, tapping away on a laptop at the kitchen table! It really has been a journey… Having spent over 20 years as being self-employed, I’d gained a wealth of experience across diverse industries. My experience included property, plumbing and heating, agriculture and more! But one common thread kept popping up: the overwhelming burden of administrative tasks.
The Spark of an Idea: Helping Businesses Thrive
That’s where the idea for Bell4Business ignited. Wouldn’t it be amazing to offer a helping hand to businesses drowning in paperwork and free them up to focus on their core strengths? So, in 2016, Bell4Business was born!
Building a Team: The Journey
Fast forward to today, and that dream is a reality! We’re now a fantastic team of three, myself, Connor, and Charli. All working out of our lovely office at Dunston House in Hessle, with a stunning view of the Humber Bridge for inspiration.
Connor joined the Bell4Business family back in 2018, a bright 16-year-old with a passion for social media. He’s blossomed into a social media whiz. Managing his own client portfolio and becoming our networking champion, spreading the Bell4Business name far and wide.
Charli, who joined us in January 2021, is our accounts and debtor management maestro. She keeps our clients’ finances in top shape. Finally, myself? Well, I handle all things specialist admin, putting my years of experience to good use.

Furthermore, we’re a well-oiled machine, supporting businesses across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and even Northern Ireland! We offer a breadth of services. These include, business coaching (a recent and exciting addition!) to accounts administration, credit control, social media management, telephone answering, CRM setup, and bespoke clerical support.
